1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page

  • Products returned after the return window has expired

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, further instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Processing Time

  • Return pickup (if applicable): 3–7 business days

  • Refund processing: 7–10 business days after return approval
